how do you adjust for windage. I have been told the rear sight can be moved, is this true?(left and right)Vince

Yes, the rear sight is adjusted by "drifting" it to the left or right. Usually a brass punch and a hammer are used so that the finish is not marred. Move the sight in the direction you want the impact...
